Hey, hi there!

Thanks for buzzin’ by. And welcome, welcome, welcome to Honey Drizzle!

honey drizzle bakery is…

You guessed it, a bakery! Our goal is to make your day a little brighter with the help of our yummy baked goods.

So, where did this all begin and who the h*** am I?!

Well, let’s start with who I am. I am a {future} architect by day and a self-taught baker by night living in the Washington, DC area. I am highly creative by nature and have been fortunate enough to have many creative outlets! I love making things with my hands, especially when I have the opportunity to make something special for someone like you!

It all started with…

A failed attempt at baking Christmas cookies with my mom when I was younger which lead me and my sister to begin baking cookies with our Greek grandmother. What seemed like a simple, one time marathon baking day with Yiayia turned into an annual tradition with our cousins.... that STILL continues to this day. That sparked the baker bug in little Joanna and over the years, my love of baking strengthened next to Yiayia's side. Together, we started baking my birthday cakes every year, experimenting with different flavors and decorations. Even now, I arrive to my own birthday parties cake in hand.

After years of standing by my family’s side baking, cooking, and eating, I finally decided to pull the trigger. With the help of all my family and friends {special shout out to my sister Michelle and my cousin Artemis} I was able to release Honey Drizzle out to the world in May 2018.

As we continue to grow our hive, Honey Drizzle will serve your sweet tooth and your thirst for knowledge. Check out our new blog for baking tips, tricks, and even some recipes!

Our mission: We promise to do everything in our power to deliver you a product that exceeds your expectations. We want you to feel just as excited as little Joanna was when she first fell in love with cookies all those years ago. We take special consideration to the environment and are continually progressing and trying new ways to practice sustainability. In fact, we are in search of local farmers to partner with. If you know of one or are one, shoot us an email, we’d love to hear from you!
